In your notification, please include the following:

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We will respond to your notification quickly and either remove the item(s) in question or provide you with a reason why we did not remove the item(s). In either case, we will notify you as to the actions we have taken.
